Flat shipping and handling charge of £2.99 applies to all orders shipped globally, including reland, France, Italy, Spain and other European countries. Orders will be shipped from overseas factory, and the normal delivery time is 6-10 business days. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer.

Express Delivery

Express delivery service is £17.99 per order. The normal delivery time is about 2 working days. This service is available for UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain and other European countries. Some remote areas may take about 1-2 days longer.

DropShipping Delivery 
 
Drop-shipping / blind-shipping service is available to anyone who does not want to disclose our company's contact and pricing info to the receiver. It is £2.99 for shipping any size of order to anywhere in the world by air mail. The delivery time is about 6-10 business days. Select DropShipping as the delivery method in the checkout page. Provide us your own email address because an invoice will be sent to that email address directly.

 
14-Day Money Back Guarantee

To ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 14 days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your purchases with no question ask.

All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at customersupport@cellphoneshop.net to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.

Payment Method

We can only offer payment method through Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Orders that are sent in through the post with cash payment, money order, etc. will not be processed and will be returned in due course.


Warranty

1. Cell Phone Shop warrant to the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months after the date of purchase by the customer.

2. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

a. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

b. Misusage and mishandling.

c. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.

d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.

3. Warranty will be treated as void if any:

a. The original shipping invoice is lost or amended.

b. Unauthorized modification.

4. Fault product for claiming replacement should be returned within 3 months with suitable packaging to avoid physical damage.

Out Of Stock Items

Sometimes products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email.
